Role & Responsibilities
- Drive daily sales goals and performance metrics on the retail floor
- Lead opening and closing store procedures and maintain store security as a key holder
- Coach and mentor retail associates in real-time, providing guidance on customer engagement and sales techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging customers with product knowledge and brand enthusiasm
- Process new inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain visual displays aligned with brand standards
- Handle cashiering and point-of-sale transactions
- Promote Tommy Hilfiger campaigns, product launches, and brand vision to customers and team members
- Support Store Manager in daily operational execution and team coordination
- Maintain brand standards and uphold company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
- Proficiency in opening and closing store procedures
- Ability to coach and mentor associates in real-time
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods; ability to carry up to 20 pounds
- Availability for flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
