Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a full-time Floor Supervisor in Hershey, Pennsylvania, to lead daily sales-floor operations, deliver an exceptional customer experience and support an inclusive, motivating team. The key holder opens and closes the store, drives sales performance, coaches associates, promotes campaigns and product launches, and supports inventory processing, replenishment and cashiering.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience through warm, helpful interactions that encourage conversation, inspire sales and build brand affinity.
- Open and close the store as key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive daily sales goals and sales performance.
- Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Stay informed about the latest campaigns and product launches, and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, restock shelves and operate the cash register.
- Help create a motivating and inclusive team environment.
- Represent the brand with pride, commitment and passion for its customers.
Qualifications
- Friendliness, organization and excellent time-management skills.
