- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
- Physical capacity to carry and lift up to 20 pounds regularly
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Prior retail team leadership and key holder experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience in driving sales performance, managing inventory, and coaching retail staff required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
