Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a part-time Floor Supervisor in Gonzales, Louisiana, to lead daily sales-floor operations, serve as key holder and leader on duty, coach associates, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role includes opening and closing the store, driving sales, supporting inventory and cashiering, and promoting the brand’s campaigns and products.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience through warm, helpful interactions that encourage conversation, inspire sales and build brand affinity.
- Open and close the store as key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive daily sales goals and sales performance.
- Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Stay informed about new campaigns and product launches, and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, restock shelves and operate the cash register while supporting sales-floor operations.

Qualifications
