Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead sales operations and team engagement on the retail floor. The successful candidate will drive daily sales goals, mentor associates, manage store opening and closing procedures as a key holder, and cultivate exceptional customer experiences while promoting brand standards. This role combines front-line supervision with operational support to deliver an inclusive and motivating team environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and performance metrics while supporting the Store Manager's vision
• Lead by example, coaching retail associates in real-time on the sales floor and resolving operational issues
• Execute key holder responsibilities including opening and closing store procedures, cash handling, and security protocols
• Deliver warm, engaging customer interactions that inspire product discovery and build brand loyalty
• Process inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain visual standards across the sales floor
• Promote brand campaigns and product launches while serving as a brand ambassador to customers
• Support the creation and maintenance of a diverse, inclusive, and motivating team environment

Qualifications

• Prior retail supervisory or key holder experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability and confidence in resolving issues independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and team members
• Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly

Experience

Prior retail team leadership and key holder experience required. The ideal candidate brings proven success in a supervisory role within a fast-paced retail environment, with demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and mentor associates.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
