Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and spark engagement across the sales floor to drive sales performance
- Open and close the store as key holder, maintaining operational standards and security protocols
- Coach and support retail associates in real-time to optimize their performance and customer interactions
- Drive daily sales goals and contribute to achievement of store targets
- Process new inventory, restock shelves, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Perform cashiering duties and handle point-of-sale transactions
- Promote brand campaigns and product launches to customers as a brand ambassador
- Support store management team in delivering consistent, exceptional retail experiences
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
- Ability to demonstrate leadership by example and resolve operational issues promptly
- Capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
- Physical ability to carry up to 20 pounds regularly
