Tommy Hilfiger seeks a full-time Floor Supervisor in Eagan, Minnesota, to lead daily sales-floor operations, open and close the store, coach associates and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role also supports inventory processing and replenishment, cashiering and an inclusive team environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, helpful customer experience that encourages conversation, drives sales and builds brand affinity.
- Open and close the store as key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive daily sales goals and sales performance.
- Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Stay current on campaigns and product launches, and communicate the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, restock shelves and operate the cash register.
- Promote a motivating and inclusive team environment.
