Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales floor operations and drive achievement of sales performance targets

Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve operational issues
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Proven sales acumen and customer service excellence
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and lift up to 20 pounds
