Tommy Hilfiger is hiring a part-time Floor Supervisor in Chesterfield, Missouri, to lead store opening and closing, drive sales, coach associates and support daily retail operations. The role also focuses on customer engagement, brand representation, inventory processing, replenishment and cashiering.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the store as key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive sales performance and coach associates in real time.
- Support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Energize customer interactions with a warm, helpful approach that sparks conversation, inspires sales and builds brand affinity.
- Stay informed about current campaigns and product launches and communicate the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, restock shelves and operate the cash register.
