Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a full-time Floor Supervisor to lead daily sales performance, open and close the store, coach associates and support store operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role also includes inventory processing, replenishment and cashiering, with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, helpful customer experience that encourages conversation, drives sales and builds brand affinity.
- Open and close the store as a key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive daily sales goals and sales performance.
- Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Stay current on campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, replenish shelves and operate the cash register.
- Support daily store operations, resolve issues as they arise and help create a motivating, inclusive team environment.
- Represent the brand with pride, commitment and passion.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a retail team leader and key holder.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
