The role includes key-holder opening and closing duties, inventory processing, replenishment and cashiering.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience through warm, helpful interactions that encourage sales and strengthen brand affinity.
- Open and close the store as key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive daily sales goals and performance.
- Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Keep current with campaigns and product launches and communicate the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, replenish shelves and operate the cash register.
- Support daily store operations and help foster a motivating, inclusive team environment.
Qualifications
