Tommy Hilfiger Floor Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with Tommy Hilfiger standards while driving sales, maximizing profitability, and maintaining visual distinction and cleanliness
• Maximize associate productivity through coaching, feedback, and training while ensuring consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding talent, identifying candidates who embody the Tommy Hilfiger brand image and values
• Execute the Tommy Hilfiger Customer Service program and Sales Growth Management initiatives across all floor team members
• Communicate key performance indicators and business results during team meetings, including sales performance, UPT, conversion rates, and product category performance
• Oversee receiving and processing of shipments and transfers while implementing inventory shrinkage prevention protocols
• Maintain store organization, fixtures, hardware, and cleanliness standards as defined by brand directives
• Execute markdowns, re-merchandising, and promotional initiatives based on sell-through data and business strategy
• Ensure store security, safety compliance, and adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Perform opening and closing duties as required; flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout shifts
• Proficiency in retail operations, customer service, and point-of-sale systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience or supervisory capability in a retail environment

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role in retail is preferred; alternatively, demonstrated ability to motivate teams, manage operations, and develop associates in a sales environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further retail, management, or business education is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19 to USD 23 per hour.
