Tommy Hilfiger seeks an experienced Floor Supervisor to lead daily retail operations and drive sales performance at its Bethlehem, PA location. The role combines hands-on floor management with key-holder responsibilities, including opening and closing store operations, real-time coaching of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand's iconic American lifestyle positioning.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing store operations as key holder, ensuring security and compliance with brand standards
• Drive daily sales goals and performance metrics whilst maintaining motivating team environment
• Coach and support sales associates in real-time, resolving issues and modeling customer service excellence
• Process incoming inventory, restock merchandise, and manage cashier operations
• Promote brand campaigns, product launches, and Tommy Hilfiger brand vision to customers and team members
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards in alignment with brand guidelines
• Support Store Manager in delivering exceptional retail experience and achieving operational targets

Qualifications

• Prior experience as retail team leader or key holder
• Proven ability to lead by example and resolve operational issues promptly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds

Experience

Prior retail team leader and key holder experience required. Demonstrated success in fast-paced retail environments with proven track record of driving sales and developing team members.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
