The role includes key-holder opening and closing duties, sales leadership, inventory processing, replenishment, and cashiering.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience and uphold Tommy Hilfiger brand standards across the sales floor and back-of-house.
- Drive daily sales goals and help foster a motivating, inclusive team environment.
- Open and close the store as a key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive sales performance, coach associates in real time, and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
