Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations on the sales floor including opening and closing store procedures
- Drive sales performance and achievement of daily/weekly sales targets
- Coach and mentor sales associates in real-time; resolve issues on the floor with authority and professionalism
- Process incoming inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain visual standards
- Manage POS transactions and support cashiering operations
- Serve as a brand ambassador, staying informed of campaigns, product launches, and brand values
- Create and maintain a motivating, inclusive, and high-energy team environment
- Support the Store Manager in all operational and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and inspire team members
- Strong customer service and sales acumen
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly

Experience
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience required; demonstrated success in a supervisory or leadership capacity on a retail sales floor.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
