Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive sales performance in a retail store environment. This supervisory role combines hands-on retail expertise with team leadership, requiring the candidate to manage inventory, mentor associates, process transactions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding the brand's core values and Americana-inspired aesthetic.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead opening and closing procedures while maintaining store security and brand standards
- Drive daily sales performance and work toward team sales goals through strategic floor presence and customer engagement
- Coach and support retail associates in real-time, providing mentorship and performance feedback
- Process new inventory, restock shelves, and maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines
- Process customer transactions via cash registers and point-of-sale systems
- Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters as needed
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining a motivating, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
- Stay informed of current brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives
- Perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and carrying up to 20 pounds
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader or supervisor experience
- Proven key holder responsibilities (opening and closing experience)
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve issues in the moment
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to carry merchandise up to 20 pounds regularly
Skills
Experience
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate proven success in a supervisory or floor leadership capacity within a retail environment, with evidence of ability to drive sales performance and manage associate teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
