Role & Responsibilities
- Drive daily sales goals and monitor sales performance metrics across the sales floor
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging warmly with customers and inspiring sales through informed, personalized interactions
- Coach and develop retail associates in real-time, leading by example and fostering a motivating team environment
- Open and close the store, including security protocols, cash handling, and inventory verification
- Process new inventory, restock merchandise, perform cashiering, and manage general floor operations
- Promote brand campaigns, product launches, and brand vision to customers and the sales team
- Resolve customer and operational issues in the moment with confidence and professionalism
- Support the Store Manager in executing store operations and maintaining store standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a retail team leader or key holder in a fast-paced retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve performance targets
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach a diverse team
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Organizational skills and strong time management
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
Skills
Experience
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience required. Demonstrated success driving sales performance and coaching retail associates in a supervisory capacity.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management or customer service training valued.
