Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Floor Manager for its Roermond outlet to lead by example and support efficient sales-floor operations, team performance and customer service. The role is full-time at 38 hours, with pay of €19.19 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient operation of the sales floor to achieve the highest levels of customer service, sales and profit.
- Support the management team in overseeing personnel, product and merchandising functions, business processes and store results.
- Communicate employees’ individual sales goals, key performance indicators, store results, product sales and other relevant information daily.
- Hold one-minute meetings at the end of employees’ shifts to summarise performance results and provide constructive feedback and recognition.
- Execute and model company best practices in customer service, store operations, loss prevention and point of sale.
- Achieve company standards and goals for personal sales results, including sales versus budget, sales per hour and units per transaction.
- Communicate competitor and community information that could affect the business to the Store Manager.
- Emphasise the importance of strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Manage customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Analyse store-level reports and create action plans to improve results.
- Communicate daily operational issues to the Store Manager.
- Perform manager-on-duty responsibilities, including managing store opening and closing and the sales floor.

- Previous experience in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
- Previous people-management experience and the ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships easily.
- A team-oriented approach, recognising and celebrating others’ contributions and achievements.
- Confidence in providing feedback that promotes positive behavioural change.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and work at pace.
- Energy, authenticity and a strong presence on the sales floor.
- A proactive, can-do approach and initiative in finding in-store solutions.
Skills
Experience
Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand, and previous people-management experience.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 19.19 per hour.
