Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Floor Manager for its Prague store to support store leadership, oversee sales processes, guide customers, build client relationships and assist with merchandise presentation and visual merchandising. The role is full-time under a stable employment contract, with shift and weekend work required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager.
  • Ensure and monitor all sales processes, and delegate tasks.
  • Provide knowledgeable clothing advice.
  • Act as a brand ambassador.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and acquire new customers.
  • Complete tasks independently.
  • Present merchandise, manage logistics, and support visual merchandising activities.
  • Handle customer complaints and claims.
  • Operate the cash register.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in the apparel industry.
  • Motivating and confident personality.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Open-minded and goal-oriented.
  • Able to establish contacts easily.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Excellent organizational ability.
  • Knowledge of sales metrics and their analysis.
