Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Floor Manager for its Metzingen outlet to support store leadership, drive sales, develop customer relationships, monitor floor performance and coordinate with visual merchandising. This is a full-time role offering six weeks of annual leave, bonus compensation, development opportunities and other employee benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
- Represent Tommy Hilfiger as a brand ambassador for its premium lifestyle brand.
- Sell the collections competently.
- Regularly monitor and analyse sales performance on the assigned floor.
- Serve existing customers and develop new customer relationships.
- Work independently within the sales team.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team and contribute to product presentation.
- Use the omnichannel system.
- Handle complaints and carry out cashier duties.
Qualifications
- Ideally, initial experience in textile retail.
- Strong sales affinity.
- A motivating, confident personality and strong social skills.
- Teamwork and a hands-on mentality.
