Tommy Hilfiger seeks an experienced Floor Manager to lead retail operations at its Kildare Village outlet location in Ireland. Responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing personnel, driving sales performance, and maintaining company standards across all store functions, the Floor Manager oversees daily shop floor operations while supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and profit objectives. This leadership role requires hands-on involvement in staff coaching, customer engagement, and operational execution to uphold the premium brand experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee efficient shop floor operations to achieve customer service, sales, and profitability targets
- Manage personnel across all merchandising, product, and business process functions
- Communicate daily sales goals, KPIs, store performance metrics, and product information to team members
- Conduct end-of-shift performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and recognition to staff
- Execute and model company best practices in customer service, store operations, loss prevention, and point-of-sale systems
- Meet personal and team sales targets, including sales versus budget, sales per hour, and units per transaction metrics
- Monitor competitive landscape and community information that may impact business performance
- Foster quality relationships with internal and external customers
- Manage customer complaints effectively and promptly
- Analyze store-level reports and develop action plans to improve results
- Communicate operational issues and progress to the Store Manager
- Perform manager-on-duty functions, including store opening and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand retail environment
