Role & Responsibilities

• Sets an example in welcoming and advising customers and coaches the team in active customer engagement.
• Manages replenishment and ensures optimal product availability on the sales floor.
• Builds the team's product knowledge and product storytelling capabilities.
• Resolves customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinates deliveries, replenishment, pricing and visual execution while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Ensures compliance with loss-prevention and inventory-control requirements.
• Supports staff scheduling and works with management to ensure staffing cost budgets are observed.
• Identifies opportunities to improve operational processes and discusses them with management.
• Motivates the team to achieve shared goals and uphold brand standards.
• Supports recruitment and onboarding of new team members and fosters a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Leads by example in professionalism, collaboration and continuous development.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Flexible availability to cover the varied demands of daily store operations.
• Ability to coach team members clearly, respectfully and with motivation.
• Strong operational know-how in deliveries and replenishment.
• Careful and reliable working style with a high level of attention to detail.
• Clear, positive communication that contributes to team motivation.
• Adaptability and initiative to continuously improve daily operations.
