Tommy Hilfiger Sales Associate (16 hrs/week), De Bijenkorf Utrecht. Luxury retail role requiring hospitality/retail experience and passion for fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and employ successful link-selling techniques to drive business growth
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure clientele and drive repeat business
- Outfit build for customers and make further product recommendations to enhance sales
- Serve as a brand ambassador whilst maintaining keen interest in current fashion and market trends
- Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organisation are addressed appropriately
- Show flexibility and innovation when adapting to changing business environments, particularly during peak trading periods
- Provide first-line authorisation of discounts and resolution of customer queries
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through delivery of excellent service
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information regarding product features and characteristics
Qualifications
- Previous experience within hospitality or retail environments
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships easily
- Team player mentality with recognition and celebration of others' contributions and achievements
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work at pace

Skills
Experience

Education
Secondary education or equivalent is expected; formal fashion retail or customer service certification is advantageous but not essential.
