Tommy Hilfiger/PVH Corp. seeks Enterprise Architect for Supply Chain & Corporate in New York. Lead architecture strategy across global supply chain and corporate platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the technology vision, articulate the target architecture, and oversee governance across supply chain and corporate domains
- Advise executives on capability priorities, investment sequencing, and emerging technology opportunities aligned to business strategy
- Develop end-to-end capability strategies, reference architectures, and governance frameworks for core business processes
- Integrate architecture roadmaps with investment and portfolio planning; shape project intake aligned to IT strategy and cost optimization
- Represent the architecture segment on the Architecture Review Board and train project teams on architecture development methodology
- Develop and assign reference architectures to guide detailed design; review project deliverables and advise on business and solution architecture
- Conduct scenario planning, quantify trade-offs, and identify standardization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost
- Research emerging technologies, evaluate vendors, conduct feasibility analyses, and pressure-test innovation value cases
- Lead design thinking sessions to drive strategic decisions; serve as escalation point for complex cross-functional issues
- Partner with enterprise architects across Commercial, Data, and Infrastructure segments to integrate and link architecture domains
Qualifications
- 8–15 years of technology experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, or HR within fashion retail or related industries; consulting experience preferred
- 8+ years delivering complex global initiatives with architecture and delivery expertise
- Demonstrated track record driving cost optimization, scalability, and innovation in enterprise business services
- Experience delivering transformation initiatives in global, multi-brand, multi-channel organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or STEM discipline
- Deep expertise in enterprise, business, and solution architecture methodologies
- Proficiency in Supply Chain, Planning, and ERP solutions such as Blue Yonder, o9, PLM, WMS, and SAP S/4
- Knowledge of Finance, HR, and Corporate solutions including SAC, Workday, and treasury platforms
- Familiarity with multiple infrastructure models: on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid environments
- Expertise in SDLC methodologies including Agile and DevOps; modeling languages such as UML and ArchiMate
- Experience with enterprise architecture tools such as LeanIX or Mega
- Understanding of AI/ML applications in functional business domains
