Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a District Manager for its outlet in Rodengo, Italy. The full-time role leads customer experience, personnel development and recruitment, workforce planning, store priorities, and business performance analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Set and uphold exceptional Customer Experience (CX) standards in the store.
  • Identify and address customer experience issues through feedback, training, and coaching for sales staff.
  • Build collaborative relationships with neighboring businesses for go-to-market initiatives and conduct competitor analysis.
  • Monitor current trends and understand customer profiles through media and engagement with the local community.
  • Develop store personnel professionally and define training needs with Deputy Managers.
  • Manage performance evaluations, propose development plans, and lead recruitment processes.
  • Qualify the Area Manager on Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and role requirements.
  • Oversee workforce planning managed by Deputy Managers.
  • Coordinate store priorities through regular mechanisms, taking the retail calendar and project timelines into account.
  • Analyze business performance using data from Business Analyst and identify actions to improve sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a structured environment.
  • Highly developed business acumen.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian.
