Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and manage commercial business plans for the full-price retail portfolio, encompassing revenue, inventory, staffing, SG&A, and EBIT targets
- Monitor monthly budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial projections; analyze sales performance data, discount rates, and gross margin metrics in partnership with finance and merchandising teams
- Execute strategic retail portfolio planning, including new store development, renovations, and relocations to optimize profitability and operational efficiency
- Ensure brand image consistency across all retail locations through rigorous visual merchandising standards and company-mandated store standards
- Collaborate with merchandising, planning, and visual merchandising teams on allocation strategies and store set dates to align inventory with sales plans
- Support and execute marketing and customer relationship management initiatives to drive conversion rates and build customer loyalty
- Oversee retail staffing recruitment efforts in partnership with human resources, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and caliber of sales personnel
- Provide leadership and coaching to the retail operations management team, ensuring key performance indicators are achieved and staff engagement remains high
- Build and sustain performance management, associate development, and succession planning initiatives across all people managers
