Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead editorial direction, planning, and content sourcing for Insider+ and News+, collaborating with internal contributors and brand/regional partners to shape and publish stories
  • Maintain and evolve News+ distribution strategy, optimizing for global impact and reach while implementing editorial best practices aligned with PVH+ Plan
  • Develop quarterly editorial calendars aligned to PVH+ Plan priorities, including brand, regional, and functional wins, and translate them into weekly Insider+ content prioritizing quality storytelling
  • Introduce and maintain scalable content submission tools such as story mining templates and contributor briefs; build tiering systems for story prioritization based on business relevance, audience interest, and timing
  • Partner with Creative and Digital teams to manage visual assets and publishing logistics; collaborate closely with Internal Comms, Creative, External Communications, and regional teams on holistic 360 content strategy
  • Support corporate storytelling around executive messaging, internal campaigns, culture moments, and employee recognition; lead weekly editorial syncs with contributors across the business to align storytelling priorities
  • Track key performance indicators for Insider+ and News+ including open rates, story engagement, and contributor participation; recommend and implement improvements to increase content impact, reach, and efficiency
  • Regularly assess content mix to ensure representation across brands, regions, functions, and PVH+ Plan pillars

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years in editorial, internal communications, or digital content management
  • Excellent storytelling, editing, and content planning capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows and multiple contributors
  • Deep understanding of employee communications and global storytelling
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaboratively with brand, regional, and creative partners
