Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store opening and closing procedures and operational functions as key holder and duty leader
- Drive daily and long-term sales goals through strategic execution of business plans and team performance management
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging customers with brand knowledge and fostering sales conversations
- Coach and develop team members in real-time, promoting an inclusive, high-performing culture
- Serve as acting Store Manager during absences, managing all operational and personnel matters

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a senior retail leadership position such as Assistant Manager or equivalent
