Role & Responsibilities
- Support and deputize for the Store Manager across all operational functions
- Represent Tommy Hilfiger as a premium lifestyle brand ambassador to customers and stakeholders
- Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team; oversee onboarding and staff progression
- Ensure efficient warehouse management and active floor space optimization aligned with sales objectives

Education
Secondary education required; professional retail management certification or equivalent training is valued.
