Role & Responsibilities

• Takes ownership of the customer experience in store, ensuring consistent delivery of the selling ceremony and service standards across the sales team
• Monitors and sets daily customer experience objectives, managing returns, enquiries and complaints with professionalism and appropriate resolution
• Demonstrates strong sales floor presence and expertise, ensuring correct execution of selling processes, product presentation and service protocols
• Provides ongoing performance feedback to the sales team, maximizing opportunities to engage and convert customers
• Maintains awareness of store sales performance and implements actions to maximize results through data analysis and strategic initiatives
• Supports the Store Manager in defining quantitative and qualitative objectives for the team and monitoring their achievement
• Coordinates the stockroom team to ensure appropriate stock replenishment and optimal product mix on the sales floor
• Oversees omnichannel selling activities, including Order in Store (OIS) operations
• Manages end-of-season returns and product transfers in accordance with company procedures
• Ensures effective communication of company initiatives and key messages through daily briefings, product training and CRM activities
• Ensures the correct execution of CRM activities and supports achievement of customer conversion and retention targets
• Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, motivating, developing and leading the sales team with a focus on sales performance
• Ensures effective onboarding experience for new hires and contributes to a positive, collaborative sales floor environment
• Conducts daily meetings and briefings to ensure team alignment, clear priorities and achievement of store objectives

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar retail leadership role within a structured retail environment
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
• Ability to take a broad strategic view while managing day-to-day operational priorities
• Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Fluent in Italian and basic English proficiency

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 29,000 to EUR 38,000 per annum.
