Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with Area Manager to build business opportunities and achieve sales, wage budgets, sales per hour (SPH), units per transaction (UPT), conversion rates, and profitability targets
- Identify opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to improve business performance and customer experience
- Foster a positive, fair, and consistent store environment for both customers and staff
- Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening/closing and sales floor management

- Lead weekly management meetings and participate in regional forums

- Manage daily payroll, controllable expenses, and align activities to meet business objectives
- Recruit and hire store personnel with diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds
