The successful candidate will deliver expert sartorial guidance, embody brand values, cultivate lasting client relationships, and maintain visual merchandising standards. The role requires proficiency in point-of-sale operations, complaint resolution, and shift-based retail availability including weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide competent and personalized style consultation and wardrobe guidance
- Serve as brand ambassador, inspiring both clients and colleagues through product knowledge and brand representation
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships while actively acquiring new clientele
- Execute assigned tasks independently with attention to detail and accountability
- Present merchandise effectively and maintain visual merchandising standards and salon aesthetics
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain the salon's visual presentation and cleanliness
- Operate point-of-sale and cash register systems
