Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Client Advisor for its Kraków Designer Outlet store on a part-time basis. The role combines fashion consultation with customer relationship management, requiring the successful candidate to deliver expert styling guidance, embody brand values, and drive sales through product knowledge and customer engagement. Ideal candidates possess retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert clothing consultation and styling advice to customers
- Serve as brand ambassador and communicate Tommy Hilfiger values to customers and team members
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities
- Execute tasks independently while collaborating effectively within the team
- Present merchandise according to visual merchandising standards and maintain salon aesthetics
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Operate point-of-sale systems and maintain till accuracy
- Ensure store presentation meets brand standards
Qualifications
- Proven sales or retail experience with professional customer service standards
