Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Sales Associate to represent the brand as a dedicated advocate and guide customers through the sales journey at its Akasya location in Istanbul. Reporting directly to store management, the Sales Associate will engage an international customer base with product and brand knowledge, drive sales toward established targets, and cultivate customer loyalty whilst maintaining visual standards and stock accuracy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, accompanying customers throughout the sales process and building lasting loyalty
- Engage with an international clientele, communicating product knowledge and brand values effectively
- Execute sales techniques to achieve assigned targets and store performance goals
- Maintain and promote the corporate culture and brand image through professional conduct
- Contribute to a motivating and positive work environment for the team
- Uphold visual merchandising standards consistently throughout the sales floor
- Monitor inventory levels in the sales area, restocking depleted products to ensure complete size and style ranges are available
