A part-time Brand Specialist position within PVH's Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein retail environment at John Lewis Solihull. The role requires in-depth product knowledge, advanced link selling skills, and the ability to execute outfit building for customers whilst maintaining professional client relationships and driving store KPIs. The successful candidate will embody the brands' values, ensure immaculate shop floor presentation, and demonstrate flexibility during peak trading periods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and execute link selling strategies to drive sales performance and basket value
- Build customer outfits and provide tailored product recommendations aligned with store KPIs
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele and repeat business
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador whilst remaining abreast of current fashion trends and market dynamics
- Maintain shop floor presentation, organization and visual merchandising standards to ensure a distinctive retail environment
- Adapt flexibly to changing business conditions and operational demands, particularly during peak trading periods
- Support the store team in delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience in alignment with PVH brand values
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail environments
- Proven ability to connect with and communicate effectively to diverse consumer groups
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work harmoniously within a team
- Demonstrated capacity to inspire trust and recognize the contributions of colleagues
- Ability to leverage digital platforms and PVH systems to drive sales
