Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a part-time Brand Specialist for its Manchester Trafford Selfridges store. The role combines product expertise, outfit building and client relationship development with team leadership, sales growth, loss prevention and high standards of store presentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and use successful link-selling skills to drive business.
- Build customer outfits, make additional product recommendations and drive store KPIs.
- Build and maintain professional customer relationships to develop regular clientele.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and maintain a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
- Address shop-floor maintenance, presentation and organization issues appropriately.
- Respond flexibly and innovatively to changing business conditions, particularly during peak trading periods.
- Lead by example and put PVH values into practice.
- Inspire the team to generate sales and profit, minimize losses, deliver the best possible customer experience, and maintain a visually distinctive, impeccably presented store.
