Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Part-time Brand Specialist to join its John Lewis Cambridge location, delivering exceptional in-store experiences within a premium retail environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, employ strategic link selling techniques, and build client relationships whilst embodying brand values and maintaining visual excellence across the shop floor.
Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and employ successful link selling techniques to drive business performance
- Build outfit combinations for customers and deliver personalized product recommendations to achieve store KPIs
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with customers to establish a loyal client base
- Embody brand values as a Brand Ambassador whilst maintaining awareness of current fashion and market trends
- Maintain shop floor visual presentation, merchandising standards, and organizational excellence
