Part-time sales associate position at Tommy Hilfiger Kids, located at The O2 in London. The role requires demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, executing link selling techniques, and building customer relationships within a luxury retail environment. Sales Associates will be responsible for driving store KPIs, maintaining visual standards, and representing the brand with professionalism whilst working flexibly during peak trading periods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and execute link selling skills to drive business
- Build outfit solutions for customers and make targeted product recommendations to achieve store KPIs
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure repeat clientele
- Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining keen interest in current fashion trends and market developments
- Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organisation to the highest standards
- Display flexibility and innovation in adapting to the changing retail environment, especially during peak trading periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail
