A full-time Sales Associate position within the Tommy Hilfiger store in Ankara, reporting directly to store management. The role involves serving as a Brand Ambassador to guide customers through the sales process, build customer loyalty, and represent PVH's values and corporate culture. The successful candidate will utilize effective sales techniques to meet established targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure comprehensive stock availability across sizes and styles for an international customer base.

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, guiding customers through the sales journey and building lasting customer loyalty
• Build and maintain relationships with an international customer base regarding PVH products and values
• Apply effective sales techniques to achieve assigned sales targets
• Maintain and promote corporate culture and brand image as a Brand Ambassador
• Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work environment
• Ensure continuous adherence to visual merchandising standards and store presentation guidelines
• Monitor and manage stock levels in the sales area, replenishing items to ensure full range availability across all sizes

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar retail role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Neat personal presentation and professional appearance
• Strong operational and organizational abilities
• Willingness to work shift schedules, particularly on weekends
