Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Back Office Specialist to support store operations at its Barberino di Mugello outlet location. The successful candidate will manage warehouse and administrative processes, oversee accounting cycle functions, monitor store KPIs through data analysis, and facilitate communication between headquarters and the retail site. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Deputy Manager in managing the complete accounting cycle for the store, including deposits, invoicing, and tax-free procedures
- Ensure seamless information flow between headquarters and store through regular updates to messaging boards and StoreiQ system supervision
- Extract and analyse store KPI data to provide comprehensive business analysis reports
- Maintain visibility and control over store performance metrics through systematic data collection and analysis
- Archive and organise store data with accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Fluent English language skills, both written and oral
- Strong proficiency with IT systems and digital tools
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently
