Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, engaging customer interactions that inspire sales and build brand loyalty
- Lead store operational functions including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, cashiering, and point-of-sale transactions
- Coach and develop team members in real-time, modeling brand values and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture
- Act as key holder and assume leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent
- Drive daily and long-term sales performance aligned with business objectives
- Execute merchandise displays, inventory processing, and restocking to maintain store standards
- Promote and uphold Tommy Hilfiger brand standards through familiarity with current campaigns, product launches, and brand vision
- Support long-term store initiatives and continuous improvement efforts in partnership with the Store Manager
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a senior retail leadership position such as Assistant Manager or equivalent
- Demonstrated key holder responsibilities and team development experience
- Exceptional customer service orientation and sales acumen
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Strategic problem-solving and decision-making skills
