Tommy Hilfiger seeks an Associate Store Manager to lead operational functions and drive sales performance within a retail environment. The successful candidate will oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach and develop team members, and serve as acting leader in the Store Manager's absence. This role combines hands-on sales floor responsibilities with strategic support for long-term team development and store performance initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operational functions including opening and closing procedures and cash management
- Drive daily and long-term sales goals whilst maintaining inventory standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service interactions that build brand loyalty and inspire sales
- Coach team members in real-time and support long-term professional development
- Serve as acting leader and key holder when the Store Manager is absent
- Process new inventory, restock merchandise, and manage sales floor operations
- Promote brand vision, latest campaigns and product launches to customers
- Maintain brand standards and uphold company values in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a senior retail leadership position such as Assistant Manager or equivalent
- Demonstrated key holder responsibilities and proven track record of team development
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead by example and manage daily operations whilst supporting broader store goals
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
