Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading the store to success and delivering standout customer service

Skills
Experience
3+ years of retail store management experience, ideally in a fast-paced, fashion-forward retail environment. Experience supporting a Store Manager in a supervisory capacity is preferred. Proven track record of driving sales results, managing inventory effectively, and developing high-performing retail teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training is a plus.
