Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager to identify business growth opportunities and implement performance improvement initiatives

- Execute and maintain "door to floor" best practices, visual merchandising directives, and operational standards across sales floor and back-of-house areas
- Establish and communicate clear expectations regarding inventory levels and demographic appropriateness with the buying team
- Analyze store-level performance reports and develop action plans to improve results
- Communicate daily with staff regarding individual sales targets, key performance indicators, store results, product performance, and strategic information to drive service excellence and goal achievement
- Oversee workforce planning, talent identification, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation processes
- Provide structured training and coaching to team members on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis with appropriate documentation
- Make sound decisions under pressure based on available information, even in stressful and rapidly changing circumstances
