Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations including opening and closing procedures and day-to-day performance management
- Coach and develop retail associates to ensure high-functioning team dynamics and motivation
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through warm, engaging interactions that inspire sales and build brand loyalty
- Execute business strategies and drive daily sales goals
- Manage inventory processing, restocking, and cashiering operations
- Serve as key holder and leader on duty, resolving issues proactively and ensuring smooth operations
- Promote brand vision and campaigns to customers and staff

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
