Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience and foster customer engagement that supports sales and builds brand loyalty.
• Lead store operations, including opening and closing procedures, daily performance management, and coaching associates.
• Support the brand in delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
• Stay informed about current campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
• Work on the sales floor, processing new inventory, replenishing shelves, and operating the cash register.
• Execute business strategies and drive daily sales goals.
• Foster a motivating and inclusive team environment.
• Uphold the brand’s standards and maintain a high-functioning, motivated team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, organized, and excellent time-management skills.
• Strong leadership presence, with the ability to lead by example, manage challenges, resolve issues proactively, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
• Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role with key-holder responsibilities.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
