Tommy Hilfiger seeks an Assistant Store Manager for a newly opened location in Tempe, Arizona. The successful candidate will lead store operations, manage team performance, execute business strategies, and drive sales goals while maintaining brand standards. This leadership role offers the unique opportunity to build and shape a store team from inception and guide the location through its grand opening phase.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
• Coach, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team while fostering an inclusive and motivating work environment
• Execute business strategies and drive sales performance against daily and seasonal targets
• Serve as key holder and leader on duty, managing store security, compliance and operational excellence
• Process new inventory, restock merchandise and maintain visual standards aligned with brand guidelines
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build brand loyalty through authentic engagement and product knowledge
• Promote new campaigns, product launches and brand vision to customers and team members
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels and performance metrics to optimize store productivity

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a retail Assistant Manager or equivalent leadership role with key holder responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and manage through challenges
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds

Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail management training or certifications preferred but not required.
