Tommy Hilfiger seeks an experienced Assistant Store Manager in Tannersville, PA to lead retail operations, drive sales, and mentor team members.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations including opening and closing procedures, managing daily performance metrics and inventory management
- Coach, develop, and motivate a diverse team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, manage through challenges, and resolve operational issues proactively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds
