Tommy Hilfiger seeks an Assistant Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experience, oversee operational functions, drive sales performance, and lead a motivated team in the retail environment. The successful candidate will execute business strategies, manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures, coach associates, and uphold the brand's standards while working under the Store Manager's guidance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations as key holder, including opening and closing procedures and day-to-day performance management
- Deliver top-notch customer experience through warm, engaged interactions that drive sales and build brand loyalty
- Coach, mentor, and manage sales associates to foster a motivating and inclusive team environment
- Drive daily sales goals and execute business strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Work the sales floor including processing new inventory, restocking, cashiering, and merchandising
- Promote brand campaigns, product launches, and brand vision to customers
- Manage store inventory and ensure proper merchandising standards
- Resolve operational issues proactively and ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
- Strong leadership presence with ability to lead by example and manage through challenges
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to inspire sales through engagement
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
