Tommy Hilfiger is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Roermond outlet pop-up and new store. The role leads store teams, sales and service performance, visual merchandising, reporting, and recruitment, while supporting the Store Manager in developing business opportunities and talent. Full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store teams to generate sales and profit, minimize losses, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and maintain a visually distinctive, impeccable store.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration.
- Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards across the sales floor and back room.
- Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication and understanding between visual merchandising and store teams.
- Partner with the store management team to develop business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives.
- Emphasize high-quality relationships with internal and external customers, and hold staff accountable for building a repeat customer base through exceptional, spirited service.
- Conduct daily and weekly store walkthroughs, evaluating product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels.
- Communicate sales drivers, issues, and priorities to the Store Manager to develop strategies that maximize business; ensure weekly visual presentation action plans are in place.
- Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to improve results.
- Assist with manpower planning and the identification, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of store personnel from a broad range of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds.
- Work with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions, including potential successors.
- Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
- Communicate store and individual sales goals and key performance expectations to staff; share sales results and guidance on improving performance.
- Deliver an excellent customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery-shop results.

- Track record in a supervisory or specialist role within a premium or luxury brand.
- Previous people-management experience and the ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements purposefully.
- Effective communication and the ability to cultivate belonging.
